　　4.5 產(chǎn)生并設(shè)定 BFL 檔案

　　unix% cd integratr/top_down_lab

　　unix% brains --tempgen

　　執(zhí)行上述指令，并選擇第三個(gè)選項(xiàng)，即可產(chǎn)生 brains_template.bfl 檔案。

　　BFL 檔案包含BIST 電路相關(guān)規(guī)格設(shè)定。使用者可根據(jù)實(shí)際project需求，來(lái)設(shè)定。圖4-3及圖4-4為一BFL設(shè)定范例。使用者亦可在example case中的reference文件夾找到相關(guān)范例檔案。

　　4.6 引用BFL檔案來(lái)執(zhí)行Brains

　　當(dāng)BFL檔案設(shè)定完成時(shí)，用戶可執(zhí)行下列指令來(lái)運(yùn)行Brains。圖4-5和圖4-6為執(zhí)行過(guò)程圖。而相關(guān)執(zhí)行結(jié)果和輸出檔，則會(huì)輸出至mbist文件夾。其中，包含BIST電路design，合成相關(guān)script及模擬所需之testbench。

　　4.7 設(shè)定 Memory Info 檔案

　　Memory info 檔案提供使用者自行規(guī)劃grouping架構(gòu)。使用者可根據(jù)實(shí)際project之需求，規(guī)劃想要的grouping架構(gòu)。該檔案包含下列信息：

　　n Memory module : Memory module name

　　n Clock domain : Memory clock domain and working period

　　n Group : Brians will group the memories

　　n Diagnosis : To decide if the memory needs the full diagnosis feature

　　n Hierarchy instance : Including hierarchy path and instance name of the memory

　　在example case中也提供一范例檔案給用戶參考。請(qǐng)參考reference文件夾中的 BRAINS_memory_spec.meminfo 檔案。

　　4.8 引用Memory Info檔案來(lái)執(zhí)行Brains

　　若使用者想引用編寫好的memory info檔案，則可透過(guò)設(shè)定BFL檔案中的 memory_list 選項(xiàng)來(lái)指定該檔案路徑，并將auto_group 選項(xiàng)設(shè)定為no。如圖4-8所示。

　　設(shè)定完后，同樣依據(jù)下列指令來(lái)執(zhí)行Brains。
