上一階段完成了對Nor Flash的配置,這一階段主要完成對Nand Flash的讀寫驅(qū)動

移植u-boot 1.1.6到TQ2440開發(fā)板-第四階段

增加Nand Flash的讀寫驅(qū)動

任務(wù):移植nand- flash驅(qū)動,讓u - boot可以操作讀寫nand flash 。由于s3c2410 和s3c2440
nand flash 控制器有區(qū)別,所以修改以下代碼,讓u - boot可以操作讀寫nand flash 。

1、增加nand_flash.c文件:cpu/arm920t/s3c24x0/nand_flash.c
